• Purpose of Service: Testvise provides psychometric tools for informational and self-knowledge purposes. They should not be considered a substitute for medical, psychological, or professional advice.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including tests, text, graphics, logos, and images (excluding user-generated results), is the exclusive property of Testvise and is protected by copyright laws.

3. User Content

The results of the tests you complete are your property. However, by using our service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use anonymized and aggregated data from your results for the purpose of improving our services, conducting research, and statistical analysis.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the service for any illegal purpose or in any way prohibited by these terms. You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the platform's technology and software.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Testvise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
